Email marketing strategy
for Øst London
I’m currently working with Scandinavian boutique Øst London to boost click-through rates and sales through a refreshed email marketing strategy. By shifting the focus from purely product-driven content to storytelling that celebrates Scandi living, I’m creating emails that feel more genuine, inspiring, and valuable to readers. The new lifestyle-led emails go out weekly to over 13,000 subscribers, with product-focused campaigns thoughtfully interspersed to maintain a balance between storytelling and sales. I’m also running A/B tests to analyse engagement and uncover what types of content resonate most — with insights continuing to inform ongoing campaigns. So far the emails have brought in £7,930.89 of sales. My Mother’s Day emails (written earlier in the year) brought in £2,980.64.
